Southern Chow-Chow is a pickled relish made with chopped bell peppers, green tomatoes, sweet onions, and cabbage. Use it as a topping for hot dogs, hamburgers, or barbeque. This Chow-Chow will also add little spunk to a bowl of beans or a side of cornbread.
