Shipping policy
The 2025 Christmas shipping deadline is December 17, 2025 within the contiguous United States. The International shipping deadline is December 1, 2025. We cannot guarantee packages will arrive on time even if placed on or before these dates. All orders are shipped in the order that they are received. We do not offer expedited shipping, gift wrapping, or gift notes options during the Holiday season.
Standard Policies Within Continental U.S.
- Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days to fulfill and pack all orders placed online.
- Fulfillment of orders is subject to availability. If an item you've ordered is not currently in stock, the out of stock item will be refunded in your original form of payment.
- APO/FPO shipments are subject to carrier size restrictions, so certain oversized items are not eligible for APO/FPO delivery.
International Orders
Laurel Mercantile Co. uses a third party software, Zonos, to collect and pay duties and taxes. These fees are calculated and collected at checkout. These duties, taxes and fees are paid on behalf of the customer to the appropriate entities. All duties, taxes and fees are calculated and collected in compliance with the destination country.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using Fedex. Fedex may, without notice, use a third party carrier to complete the final mile delivery. We are unable to accommodate special shipping requests for international orders. Once your order is placed, it will be fulfilled in 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, it should arrive within 7-10 business days in most circumstances. Orders can be tracked via Fedex.com.
Order Delivery Problems
Package Missing That States Delivered
If tracking shows an order was delivered but you can’t find it, please do the following:
· Verify your order and tracking information.
· Look around the entirety of your home for the package including your mailbox.
· Check the signature on the delivery notification.
· Check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received it.
· Contact the carrier with the tracking number to see if they are able to provide an update.
· Wait 24 hours. In some cases, carrier systems may be off from the actual travel time of the package.
· If you still have not received your package after 24 hours, please contact us.
The customer assumes all responsibility for the lost package if it is not reported within 5 business days of its stated delivery date.
Package Damaged During Delivery
If your package was received damaged, please do the following:
· If the package requires a direct signature, to not sign for it. Deny signing it because of damage.
· Take a picture of the exterior of the package from all sides.
· Take a picture of the contents of the package.
· Take note of which items are and are not damaged.
