DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. And don’t worry—shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. In order to return your item, please visit our Returns Page.
STANDARD RETURNS
Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or “like-new” condition up to 30 days after delivery. Returned candles and wax melts must be unburned and in "like-new" condition. Items that cannot be returned include furniture, select oversize items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.
In order to return your item, please visit our Returns Page. We will send a return label to your email as soon as possible. Once we receive your returned items we you will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge and a return shipping charge.
We will accept your return of unused merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Custom products including, but are not limited to, custom engraving, custom countertops, and custom house portraits are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
International orders are considered final sale, and are generally not eligible for exchange or return unless they arrive in damaged or defective condition. Should you need to return an item that was received outside of the U.S., please email hello@laurelmercantile.com for further instructions.
