#552 Head Full of Doubt.
Most afternoons when Ben and I are sitting in our office across the room from each other, some variety of alternative country is playing on the computer. Lately, it’s been the Avett Brothers and the Decemberists which has given me the guitar itch. Tonight I took my acoustic down off the wall and began to pick out the chords from Head Full of Doubt/Road Full of Promises. I was excited to find that it’s quite easy to play and before long my dear, sweet and usually unmusical Mitter Ben was singing along. I had to get my jaw up off the floor when he took the melody and was unaffected by my singing the harmony. I tried to film it but we didn’t hit it like we did the first time. He had camera fright, I think.
It was like trying to catch Nessie on film.
