#2,473 First Crisp Day + Luggage.
It finally happened. It was 55 degrees when I took my morning run, and I wore long sleeves all day. This isn’t a permanent thing though, I know that. It’s forecast to be back in the 90s next week, so I’m relishing every single second I get to spend outdoors through the weekend.
And I just had the bittersweet revelation tonight over a pancake dinner at IHOP that we only have 15 days of filming left with our little production family. I’m really gonna miss these weirdos.
On the upside, with so much traveling ahead of us and the most recent airport fiasco in which my $10 suitcase purchased in a rummage sale had a wheel blow out (see all my beautiful travel gear here), I ponied up the money to finally buy myself a proper set of luggage. Ben, oddly enough, got a SUPER nice, rugged, lifetime warrantied set of luggage in the St. John’s Church yard sale a few years ago for $25 but I’ve never had his luck. So I googled like a crazy woman for days until I finally found an oiled canvas set that I’ll never have to replace and my investment came in with UPS today. I’m in love. I reckon that means I’m 100% adult now.
