#2,418 The Last Invitation.
For 8 years, making heirloom wedding stationery was my career and my life. I thought it would be forever, but life has changed and God opens new doors daily that constantly reveal new ways to use the creative spirit He gave me. This was me at 23, and now at almost 31 years old I’m learning I was limiting myself by only making paper art, when there’s a whole world out there to enjoy and so many ways to create, to be an artist.
Today I held an envelope from my last wedding order, maybe ever, that shipped to a sweet bride. I feel like I’m standing on the edge of a precipice and I can’t see what’s out there, but I’m ready to say goodbye to this chapter for now. I know my Father has a plan for me and I’m holding His hand now and walking by faith instead of sight.
