#1,747 Morning Walk + Vegas.

Well I went for a walk this morning and this is what it looked like:

I wish you could’ve been there. Those trees (what are they? maples? sycamores?) on 4th Avenue are always the first to turn and every year it makes me so excited I can’t stand it.

I painted my nails in Sand Tropez by Essie after midnight last night, so that counts as today… I kind of like it. It feels fallish to me. Possibly because it reminds me of a mannequin’s hands.

Which reminds me of that Twilight Zone episode Emily made us all watch last Halloween. Yikes.

And also, I can’t stop being obsessed with this outfit Mallorie found on Pinterest and sent to me. Can y’all just love this with me? I’ll be copycatting it soon, I hope.

Anyway, when I got to work there was a long-awaited package on my stoop. Our favorite return Lucky Luxe client recently ordered custom invitations with all the bells and whistles for her sister’s bachelorette party she’ll be hosting in Las Vegas. I couldn’t stop smiling once I got a few all packaged up.

Ahhhhhh how much fun is confetti?!

You reap what you sow. On our walk tonight, Ben and I nearly stepped on 2 real live snakes at the bridge on 10th Street. I nearly cried. And died. Can’t stop thinking about it. Nightmares. We’re sorry, Jim.
